This joint BAAP-BAPA course is held annually in London, usually in September or October.
Aetiological Investigation of the babies identified through the Newborn Hearing Screening Program and diagnosed to have a hearing loss (from mild to profound), also covering investigation of older children, unilateral and progressive hearing loss and Auditory Neuropathy Spectrum Disorder.
The course gives delegates a good opportunity to meet leaders in the field of aetiological investigations for hearing loss in children and running established services, and also network with colleagues new to the field.
