• Please book using the online form below. The last day to book is Sunday 25th January 2026
• You need to be logged into your user account to buy discounted member-rate tickets. If you are not able to log in or set up a user account, please contact us.
• Not a member? You can join online today
• There are a limited number of free trainee/medical student tickets available on a first-come first-served basis. Once all the free places are booked they will only re-open if there are cancellations.

Cancellations & changes

• Cancellation requests received by 17th January will be eligible for a full refund, minus £5 card processing and admin fees.
• Delegates may make arrangements for a substitute to attend in their place at any time with no cost incurred by contacting BAPA.
